I don't think the standard spring in the efr bov is suited for these boost levels, I would just delete it since you already have bov on your upper piping. the efr ebc and bov are potential boost leaks of you aren't using them

Looks good!
What are you using for engine management?
When you replaced the 3" downpipe with the 3.5" downpipe, did you have to take the a/c off?
Does the 3.5" downpipe have a nicer gentler bend there where the 3" one is too sharp?

Yes, to install the 3.5" downpipe the a/c compressor had to be removed. The 3.5" downpipe has a very big smooth bend. The 3"downpipe had a very abrupt sharp bend to clear the a/c compressor. The 3.5" downpipe reduces down to 3" before it connects to the exhaust, I just wanted the bend to be in 3.5".
Ah yes sounds good. We've seen pics before of the 3" a/c compat pipe and it does look like that "bend" would slam the exhaust pretty hard.
Series 2 was my plan until they quit making them for my car! (1g DSM)

If I compare the dyno from the 9180 to the Precision 7175 on also a 2.2 engine, the precision looks like the much better turbo. Similar spool but from 5500 rpm it kills the 9180.

Be interesting to have the 9180 guy drive a 7175 car and see if that also feels like an FP Black setup to drive, like he said of the 9180. Dyno plots don't tend to tell the full story

That might be true, maybe he can share a log where he upshifts to see how the transient response is. We can ask ER if he is willing to share a log too of the 7175 setup, then we could have a good comparison. A feeling is something personal IMO, actual data is more usefull.
