Damn, those are some great numbers. My 25g is going to be installed today. I can't wait to see how it feels. I will need to break it in though before I hold some boost. The 91 octane numbers are awesome. Looks like I might be able to hit my 400whp goal at 20psi.

You should hit it, are you going to do e85?

After following this thread for a few months I finally got myself a 25g billet setup. Currently in the shop balancing the shaft and porting the turbine side. Will install it soon.

ok. got a tasty build

the td06sl2r green wheel seems too be doing a fine job keeping up with the compressor wheels capabilitie. I see how well the cams aid in your setuo, and how that little.turbine wheel is doing fine without the clipping too. I mentiined too Vlll driver about the switching.of turbine wheels with the larger td06h4r wheel and its not hard at all. any turbo shop can replace the shaft etc..but the onky thing that needs too be addressed would be the turbine housing. It would need too be bored obviously for the larger wheel. other than that itd be good too go. Could be done too help support a bit more airflow out these 25g wheels if your looking for that extra bit of power too squeeze outta these things. I can already see how much of a difference the billet wheel does vs the cast 25g wheel. very impressive.

what exactly do you got planned for your car? any drag times? where in so cal you from?

Maybe! There is a new custom 5th injector kit I'm looking at making. I need to ask my tuner what he needs me to do but I should be able to run full e85 without losing fuel up top. For now I usually run 91 for DD, and race/kill mode is 100 octane or e47 blend.

Man, you have enough flow for 2 25g's LOL. But yea I have coolant leak, my line cracked. I don't have any coolant going thru the turbo right now. I need to order new lines. I'm having some cpompressor surge, need to firgure out why it's happening. I'm not getting any BOV release but all my lines are correct... Idk. This custom set up took 20 hours to install bro. From 11 yesterday till 8 am today. I'm beat

have a questiin for you 25g users. How do you guys feel about your kinugawa drilled anti surge compressor covers? Would you guys say that this cover is effective and working like a anti surge cover's supposed too? Im contemplating ordering one too try out and experiment with as there $100+s&h. I have a slotted fap cover from FP, but still willing too try and experiment with Kinugawa's drilled a/s covers and see if I can notice any difference between the two and see maybe if the butt dyno notices any change in performance and spool.

any info and personal preferences, experiences, and opinions are welcome. Thanks

I bought one of these turbos from klever(great seller btw!!!!) I finally got around to installing the lr 2.4 motor and this kinugawa turbo. mine is a cast 25g and I also live in high elevation (5600 Ft) here is a vd I just did of a very conservative 23psi tune on pump (91 octane) afr's look a little rich but that is because my formula is wrong in evoscan. mtx-l support on evoscan sucks!!!! actual afr's are lowest point 10.9 under full boost

I'm shocked that you lost that much spool over the cam change. This is the first string of data I've seen that shows any loss in spool. Quite odd.
