I'm not sure its just CA folks that want an OE compatible internally wastegated TS housing. I'd very much like to have the TS response in an affordable package.

Seems those of that want them are numbered in the few, so I can't imagine anyone wanting to waste R&D money.

When the MHI supply truly dries up (Blouch and Owens seem to have no problem getting them), maybe someone will make a 3D printed replacement.

Something tells me there are lots of them overseas. The Evo was a much more widely produced car in other markets.

I may know someone who is working on one. But I've probably said too much already lol

I think the problem is more complicated than that. They need to be cast, and it's trial and error with foundries.

Making a twinscroll hotside is easy in comparison to some of the stuff they are 3D printing these days.

Better yet, you could have it 3d printed in Inconel 718 http://www.industrial-lasers.com/art...pace-apps.html

there are only a couple of these FP54s left...i spoke with FP earlier. Im rethinking my decision to buy it because they said it would be unlikely to make 500whp efficiently

That pretty much sucks if they sell out these turbos before we see any dyno results.

I have the HTZ wheel. I'm at a very safe 450whp track tune, on e85. I have minimal supporting mods. I can't imagine 500 being too tough?
