Nice! It should be super cheap for you. I didn't see a better way to do it; it's just an oil feed line.. but if you think of something, let us know!
as for the inline filter, people have been using them for quite some time without failure (due to the filter, that is), so I wouldn't worry about it too much

Run something off the FP recommended list. Amsoil Zrod or Valvoline VR1 synthetic are good choices. 10w30 or 20w50 will work, whichever you prefer.

Off topic but which weight would be least likely to burn oil in their BB turbos? I emailed michael but no response. Seems like there are two conflicting issues. I assume thinner will drain better but will also seap past seals more easily and vice versa for the heavier oil.

Mine burns Rotella T6 5w-40 which is right in the middle so I wanted to go one way or the other to try to help the issue.

Mine does fine on either, so, Idk. The only time mine smokes is the same as Abacus's, which is at the track, after a session, and idling through the pits. Other than that it doesn't smoke. Just a small amount of oil in the IC pipe after a few thousand mile.

VR1 20w50 because the car pretty much only sees track time. The heavier weight was recommended by FP and the VR1 is on their list.
If i weren't tracking the car, I'd run 10w30. The 50 is pretty danged thick and I feel it needs to be warmed a bit more before driving, which can be a bit of a pain for day-to-day operation.

**edit: mine is the 73htz, but still a Green.

Any reason for those recommendations over Brad Penn? It was recommended by name during one of my calls to FP.

I think FP said the same thing a few years ago. Perhaps it will be true this time. I keep hoping that FP or someone will start producing a quality TS hotside housing.

Unfortunately, I don't think there is enough of a market to justify the cost.
