can i ask what mods you had when you warranty was "voided"??
Theres a law about this now. No company can void your warranty for mods unless the part broken is directly related to the mod. For example if your tcase goes out and all you have is springs on your car then they cant deny the warranty for that. Also for them to deny your warranty they have to prove, well they're supposed to, that the mod in question killed the part that broke. I.E. a turbo timer should not void a warranty PERIOD as all it does is keep the car running and has nothing to do with the Tcase that was broken. I finally found a dealership here in GA that is mod friendly to an extent. If all you have is a TBE and boost controller then they wont void your warranty and will fix your car. Some guys here have even gotten away with getting their cars fixed and they had cams. Just do some research on your local dealerships.

Yes, there is a lawand has been one for a long time. However how are we going to fight it? I can't hire Johhny Cochren to fight mistu's lawyers. Just have to swallow it as a loss and go on. I did what I could. I started a claim with the resolution center and it was denied
Its a little late to fight it now, but if this happens again all you have to do is tell them "prove how this turbo timer made my tcase go our" or whatever happens to be the problem. If they cant prove it then they have to fix it. Might also help to have a tape recorder on you. That way if they cant explain it to you and still refuse to fix it then you have the proof that they are denying your claim illegally. Call me paranoid, but id rather record a conversation with a service manager than pay a few grand to pay for a new tcase.
dont shoot the messager im only trying to help

^^Not to hijack SIKEVO9's thread, but just want to mention somthing..more directed to .Fusion7 situation. You should've or maybe still can ask for it in writing, bascially saying that your tc or whatever warranty is voided because of your mods, TT. Also, the explaination of how tt destroy the TC should be on there. You might not win any suit or sort, however, you can maybe sent this letter to your State's Attorny's or Comsumer Affairs' office and they will determine whether if a law have been violated. Chances are, the dealership won't give it to you in writing. In thet case, you might actually have a case w/ lawyer. Dealers WILL break laws and tell you some bullSh@t to delay you or stop you from taking action! Don't let them take advantage of you!

I hoped you fought the dealership on it!
