Just got, buying, reviewing, thinking about a new Evo [Ultra Hyper Mega MERGE]
One thing about the sti was i felt like i was driving a wrx as far as handling. but that motor is kick u in the ***** fast. But the dccd did nothing for me, cause i kept it in auto anyway, and dont do any autoxing so that was a waste. Also on the sti is the gears were very close.

Yea..congrats man..but i dunno about u going on to buy stuff from vivid..not hating on them but from past posts and complaints and comments about them they just dont seem serious?!?! I like the vishnu stage kits for the evo. Now vishnu for sure is a seirous company that knows what they are doing and do it well..GL on your new car
Hey, congratulations. I was in the same situation, coming out of a wrx, but i never bought an STi. After test driving the STi and the EVO, my decision was clear, and i think your gonna like the EVO much more as an overall drivers car. Have Fun 
I also remembered your posts and STi (blacked out headlights) from nasioc. Those two points you made between the car were the same thing I went through deciding between the STi and EVO. Although the power on the STi is good, it was the handling and quick steering of the EVO that won me over. I hope you enjoy your new EVO!
Congrats on the EVO purchase! I had a stage 2 wrx and traded for the EVO after testing the STI and EVO out. EVO for handling hands down. I went with the EVO because of the handling.... Power, we all know that can be taken cared of easily.
