i did notice that I did something wrong yesterday when I did this so I went back outside and put the puller on the right way this time and same thing. I got the bolt to turn a few times but that thing is just stuck. Idk what else to do.

No didn't do that I just put my half inch drive with something over it and used my control arm to keep it from turning. Did you have to drop your front motor mount to get the engine low enough to not interfere with the puller? I can't find my large adjustable to put on the nut so I have to find it

my puller is small so no issue. last time my rear engine mount bolt was almost fallen off so that helped lower the engine more. i fixed that. tonight I removed the 3 bolts for the long bracket holding the front engine mount. I'm thinking its easier to install back.
this is about 90% pulled out already although it doesnt look like it. i'm just in 5th gear all the way but of course the grease was still fresh from previous install

YEah that puller seems to be abetter then the one I have. Mine is a circle and it's like over half of the damper and that is what is getting g in the way. I'll have to pick up one like yours after work and try it out.

Thing is the shop it was at made me put one on and said they won't tune the car without it. I had a fluidamper on it and they told me to get rid of it. It wouldn't be so bad if it weren't press on fit ya know maybe a little snig and go on and off easy but nooooo it has to be difficult. One thing I will say is shop didn't use anti seize either as directions say to do.
