If you are at sea level, that is a good estimate. Otherwise you can check the local weather.

Works like a ECU flash, but a few extra steps in between.

I will have to try it out at my next dyno session.

The software has a ECU menu item with the following options: Live Tuning / Data logging / Reset ECU. I think that means you don't have to follow the flow of first uploading to AP and flashing from AP. But once you have the maps on the AP, it's far more convenient to take the small AP than a laptop everywhere you go. The new AP firmware flashes the ECU in just a minute or so.

goofy you can install it if you install all the AP drivers i bet. you don't need the AP connected to the PC to use the program just to transfer the map.

Does it mean you can perform live tuning by connecting the supplied AP cable & plug from the OBD2 plug directly to the labtop/computer when tuning?

Once its done, the map can then be uploaded to the AP?

I just noticed that we changed that behavior. It'll be fixed in the next release.

Thanks,

how about deleting maps from AP and following steps 1-5? did i screw something up? i haven't done step 5 yet.

btw rob. i know we probably drive you nuts with all the demands and endless questions but you support makes me and i am sure others thrilled that we went with the AP over other products

You can delete maps and then re-upload the new maps from the web to your AP if you like. Totally up to you. Step 5 will fix live data as long as you have an updated map.

You guys drive me a little nuts, but that's what we're here for, right?!

Thanks,

From reading the doc this looks possible.

It's trying to communicate with the AP to update it during the install.
