COBB AccessTUNER Pro for 2008 EVO X (merge)
Bryan would be correct. When running launch control on the MR it will build boost/load. It may be building more load that the ECU is programmed to accept.
How long were you running the launch control before the code was thrown?
I'll look to see if there are separate load limits on the launch control.
Thanks,
Rob

I would go out and test it on my X but it's raining
I got mine in and loaded it up Friday, been raining since then!
All,
I have an HKS drop-in filter on it's way. We will be testing and adapting calibrations if needed. Once we have the data we will get back to you.
For those with HKS drop-in filters and and AP, please post your modifications here:
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...filter-ap.html
As of right now, I cannot say if the filter is safe to run with our calibrations. Please re-install your stock filters if you have them.

Well i know the stock map on the ECU will lower the RPM after a certain ammount of time if you wait too long. Not sure what the limit is.
Yes
Is this the filter that everyone is using?

Heads up on a pro tune,
I saw saw dyno sheet today that Tim tuned in Plano, Tx
Drop in filter, factory exhaust and couple other small things i did not catch.
350whp
340tq
WOW
I think it took him 3.5hrs to tune it.
