Mine hasnt come that undone yet. However it does get damn close to coming out. My fix? take a second and push it back under. That fix last for weeks as long as its not heavily occupied. Granted there will be the "40k car! You shouldnt even have to deal with that!" post. Truth, no we shouldnt. But it doesnt bother me in the least since I can just push it back in.

 

recaro is coming up with a solution to this concearn for the seat material pulling loose at seat belt hole in the seat back....please notify your dealer if you have this concearn and tell them to open a case with techline and sumita PQR report also....they will not change he seat back till recaro has a fix for this concearn but enough PQR's and cases opened theywill speed things up...

 

Yea, I read this and checked my seats. I have the same problem, their still comfortable seats but mitsu will hopefully listen to the complaints made by us!

Everyone go to your dealer and take care of this problem.

Well after driving my 2 month old X with only 236 miles on it today, I heard a popping noise low and behold staples!

 

nevermind

 

i saw one stable on the passanger side >.>

but i just push it back in, and it last for a few days and then ihave to push it back in again /sigh
5k miles on in so far

 

16,000 miles and still no undoing!

But it may be because my passengers and I are all on the small and lightweight side.

 

Why oh why did they staple the cloth to the foam!?

 

It's safer then stapling the seat and foam to the driver
13k miles...no staples!

 

evos don' look over 30k car w/ their speical carbon LOOK interior... how much more would have cost them if they used real carbon?. maybe $10 more/ car.
talk to customer mitsu! a lot of people didn't like evo from the beginning in US due to cheap looking interior. i understand mitsu is doing something very good w/ thier powertrain and exterior... but please look around and hire some interior designer. it would only cost them fraction of cost compare to what they spent on R&D for the new 4b11.

 

stop the complaining already!! just tug the **** right back in and call it a day.
