Update: The Check valve on the brake booster is working fine. I took it off and blew on it. So now back to unknown
My car had been running fine until 2 days after the CMC recall. They did re flashed my car back to stock because they totally do not know what they are doing I believed. They said its part of the trouble shoot process. Also they mention they will call me and follow up the issue and they never did. I will take the car to another dealership to get a second opinion.

I am actually reluctant to take my car to the dealer after previous experiences. I will make sure to tell them not to touch anything else on the car…I don’t even want them to drive it. I will be flashing the valet mode tune so they cannot rev it pass 3K.
Has anyone actually received a reimbursement for previous CMC repairs?
Finally done going through entire thread. Is all the funny idling present after the CMC recall is done and you have aftermarket exhaust, intake, BOV etc? Stock cars no need to input. Only bolt ons with tune. I've read they reflash your computer back to stock? Is this true? I own a 08 X since day one and have had funny idling in stock form(first 4 years bout hand full of times at stop signs and lights) . After mods and tune have not seen since. Why would they do that? Also will disconnecting the battery affect your present tune? Why would they even reflash your ECU if they know you have mods.? wouldn't that be like f#$king up your set up on purpose? does not make sense. Planning on taking mines to Bell Mitsu in NJ. Hear they are a mod friendly Mitsubishi dealership.
Would like more info on dealers reflashing ECU when u have MODS with bolt ons and tune for the hell of it when going in for CMC recall.....

Also, the clutch engages right at the top...literally could rest my foot on it. Never was like this and I only have 7500 miles on her. Service was real nice...accomodated my schedule...and said they would take care of whatever it is when i get there.
I have no idea where NYers visit, but that area along I95 near Perth Amboy and Elizabeth is what I was thinking of. Of course, different people are offended by different smells. Some folks can't stand driving through Cedar Rapids when the Quaker Oats plant is making Cheerios.

Everyone's so lucky my cars been at the dealership for 2 weeks. The last owner of my evo didn't take care of it and didn't make sure all recalls were done. But it shouldn't even take 2 weeks. Lol I'm hoping my clutch is ok to since my cmc did go out though, lol I'm not looking to drop the tranny and spend more cash. I need boost back in my life!
I would get one of the kits with an easily-adjusted arm, so you can change pedal height. The pedal is way to high for coming across to LFB anyway. Several vendors, including some sponsors, sell the parts.
