I think mitsubishi might be trying to reach a broader market with the bodystyle...I don't like it but, as we all know mitsubishi is not in great shape in the State compared to abroad. I'm just guessing this will possibly rejuvinate sales. I think they should consider a "sporty" edition if there going for this concept. This just will not do for a typically "rally" car. It already has to many similarities to other vehicals currently made TL, TSX, CHARGER and the Dodge family of cars.
