Nice find, however I am starting to not to like what I am seeing on those pictures. It kind of has that Concept X shape but I it seems that this black prototype doesn't have those nicely chiseled air ducts (or whatever you call it, kind of like Mazda RX-8) going from front fenders to rear doors, something I really liked in the Concept X.
And from the picture you can see that the headlights have been altered and enlarged but it's kind of difficult to make up the overall shape. And I see the rear lights have been changed too but again it's hard to make up the overall shape. All in all I like Concept X better than this :S

I don't know how much you can tell from those pictures. There are definitely so pieces that are just scabbed on under those bras. Whether they are testing equipment or just to disguise the shape is anyone's guess.
They did quite of a job to hide everything.

The members over there are already debating if this really is an EVOX mule or just a regular Lancer.
I personally think it appear to be a regular Lancer due top the absence of typical EVO identifiers (no FMIC visible, no fender flares or widended track, no special aerodynamics, etc.)

looks to me like a lancer, rally art maybe?
brakes look too small
wheels spokes are too close (cooling)
front fasia seems like it sits too high
no intercooler
no rear spoiler
tail pipe seems to small
looks like a friggin volvo
