Ok, let me try to competently rephrase what I wrote for you.

Your opinion may be that the Evo has to have 'the look'. But that's not true of everyone.

My opinion is that it has to be reasonably priced and fast as hell, I really dont care what it looks like. I'm sorry if you don't think I did my research on that, but beleive me, I posted my opinion accurately.

I fail to see how a link to an Evolution wiki page and a quote about the Evo III would change how I rate those criteria when making a decision on buying a car.

note the brembo's and on the other set of pics the Ralliart version...and a glimpse of the front mount.

 

That was probably just the Ralliart as it will be AWD and turbocharged this time around. It is going head to head with the WRX.

 

but if you look closely at the pics one car has brembo's and the other does not. and the wheels are different

If they do the brembos and turbo on the Ralliart they will pass the WRX up. They will be down grading the WRX next year because it is cutting into the STI sales.

 

Maybe its the lancer and the Ralliart, but you are probably right. I don't know if Brembos are coming on the Ralliart or not. Since the article said its the Evo I guess its the Evo.?

 

Looks like Brembos on the Evo (obviously) and the other is the Ralliart which is awd/turbo but normal brakes (maybe 4pot/2pot just not brembo or at least not red).
