Lancer Evolution X News, Info, Pics, etc... | [ALL THREADS MERGED]
i remeber in a Car and Drive a while back that they tested/ where showing off the new awd system and the AYC etc for the X in a ix body ... it was yellow and the article was maybe 2 paragraphs at the most...
they also tested in the snow somewhere in japan tho.. so maybe this is something similar
i hated the evo x when i first seen it.. but some how when they mention it will still run strong. its growing on me... but paddle shifting = no thank you. paddle shifting gets boring

i drove the MS6 on the zoom zoom live autox. i liked it. decent handling and has some pep. the only thing i couldn't stand is that damn clutch pedal! wtf is up with that thing?! i drove the rx8 and miata and the clutch pedal feel and spring tension was linear and perfect. then drove the MS6....that clutch pedal made everyone at the course look bad - ppl stalled and bogged in the pit area, even those who knew how to drive stick. the pedal spring tension is not linear, it releases very suddenly after u lift the clutch pedal about 1/3 of it's travel from the floor.
also, i've read about the MS6 losing lots of power due to the inefficiency of intercooler placement and lack of cool air getting to it. have u experienced any of that yet? just curious if that happens to most MS6's or just select few.
not trying to dog on the car, it's pretty neat. just pointing out things i didn't like about it.

Huh? Maybe a new thread in the "other cars" section?
