do you have crower rods? if so you should get an fp green turbo that would be pretty sick thats one of the plans here as soon as I get my rods, I wish I known the k1 rods were rated to 400hp
I want some new rods!!!!im dis-honing turbotrix and going back to ivey tune. gotta call back tomorrow and schedule...atleast i wont get led down a never ending trail....junior promised me he would fix my car but obv he lied and just is not doing it....i paid for a tune i didnt get and im making sure i get my money back especially when i go there on 2 separate scheduled days and sit there all day while they mess around talking, getting no work done....worst service even if ur hooking someone up, atleast do what u say u are gonna do...CMON.
anyone know where to get a good 16g rebuild kit, i got a new turbo but i guess im gonna fix the other and sell it

^^try calling ams performance. im sure they have something there or call the local misu dealer, they might have a kit as well
ok so i replaced my turbo this weekend, im now running the 16g obv with the 9.8 hotside instead of the 10.5. I do feel a difference but i cant explain it.
car is not smoking anymore : ) so now i am going to sell that turbo cheap so someone else can rebuild it....remember it has the 10.5 hotside 60k on turbo

i do actually feel like ive lost some power but the pick up from first to second if i shift around 4 thousand is a lot better which i guess is it spooling quicker
Technicallly you want slower spool up in lower gears to prevent tire spinning that's how i lost to the evo at a light.

^^i agree. me personally id want a bit more on the top. since i already have awd im quick off the line but from a 60 roll i have nothing. thats the reasoning behind me going with a fmic over a tmic on my rex and a turbo that will spool slightly slower as well......
idk how to explain it but its alright lol...
