I only get about 20 or so but that is because Ive got a heavy foot and b/c of how delayed the throttle response is on our cars.

I get like 500km to a tank, so thats about 22.5 mpg and I have a host of mods and rarely drive conservatively.

I get around 160 miles to a FULL tank!! I get around 12 MPG and the car is completely STOCK. I usually do alot of city driving and a little highway driving to go to school and you can say I have a heavy foot. So is my car stupid, or is this normal?

I think it is very low milage............I live in anaheim and i drive my car 91 freeway and on the streets of anaheim & getting about 265 on full tank. I think that comes out to 22-25 per gallon.

I get 28-30, but I drive like grandma. Most of the people I know getting around 20 mpg have a lead foot and do crazy things.

I have been getting around 29+ but my drive is all highway, around 400 miles to the tank if I coast into the gas station. I run 93 octane or better and rarely use A/C or the defrost tho. The only mods are a K&N Typhoon intake, denso Iridium plugs, RRM test pipe, and a carbon canister
Oh yeah and a new cat courtesy of Mitsubishi recall, I will let you know if the reflash they did when they changed the warm up cat changes the MPG

why do you run 93 octane with only those mods? I thought we decided long ago that without advanced timing, higher octane fuel offers no benefits... in fact it hurts because of carbon buildup.

I usually get about 20-22. i do half my driving on highway and half in town. The reason mine is so low is that i have 18 inch wheels that weigh me down. I would say at least buy 5 mpg, but it looks good.

maybe for u...i run 93 and i still have a clean muffler. i dont run rich unless i stop driving the car for a week and thats about it. not only does it give u more hp, some say it gives u better mpg cuz u burn more gas, but dont quote me on that. the ppl at mitsu parts dept told me reg unleaded is too lean for the car, and midgrade gets me a horrible range. like 220 vs. the regular 270-280 i get on either reg (at that time) and prem (now).

Wow, the gas milage you all are getting is a low lower than I would've expected. Figured most of you would be at least in the low 30's.

Those people are retarded. There is really no need for using higher octane fuel aside from high compression, FI, or knock.
