I think the Germans make cars that emit great exhaust sounds......"farkles and pops" ... "FrakBrats" ... CLA 45 AMG....and RS( German built) are at top of the list. Reminds me of the sounds emmited at German beer halls.

 

The S3 does the same thing. Has distinct sound during the upshift from ignition cut.
