they aren't banned, but the speed limits on a few sections are enforced. i suppose slow cars can still compete LOL

just saw an article at Jalopnik - they are saying power: is 345 HP and 324lb. And can be overboosted to 347hp. And making an appearance at Goodwood, in addition a video of it on track (non nurburg')
