Race chrono is the one that lots of android guys use, there's a free version, and if you want video there's a paid version that can do that. I'm not sure about adding external gps to this though...

Use one of the auto shipping sites that enters your too - from and desired dates. Then lets shippers make quotes. You are basically looking for shippers travelling the route with other cars. I have shipped 2 separate cars pretty far for 800-900 that way.

Harry's lap timer has an android app as well, but no free version (I think). But the free version can't do video anyway, and I don't think it can do the gps dongle thing either... I have the 20 dollar version cause I wanted the video overlay and all.

you are right, the free version i used was Race Chrono.

works with Android. i'm gonna give it a try.
i used an open-trailer shipper to get a car to CA from MI. i had no issues with it, other than some dust LOL. cost me $800, if i remember right.
