So Verus wants to know what I did to make it work so they can start offering the same thing. Going to see if I can get them to give me a nice discount on some parts to give up my secret info.
Last night I verified everything works so tonight I will be setting ride height and be done with the coilover install. Only took 5 days haha.
Since tirerack pushed back the release date of the RE71RS's to the end of June I decided to pick up a set of Nankang CR-S today to try out.
Phils Tire is local to me, I purchased my Conti Forces from them but I met him at his home for those. This time I went to their warehouse and omg, they must have had AT LEAST 2,000 tires there. All track day tires. Nankang, Federal, Hoosier, Michelin, BFG, Conti, etc. It was a track guy mecca. My jaw hit the floor.
how about the rear? I have less clearance because of the true coilover. Would love to see how close your rear tire is to the strut!
RT660s 315-30-18 They are fat compared to the same size RT615s
The rear has tons of clearance to the strut. I will get a picture of that tonight. The front is super close. I think I am going to order a set of 3mm spacers all around just to be safe.
Seems like a cool dude. He's asking too much considering damage to the car, but I'm willing to negotiate and do the repairs.
With you guys being on the supra track rat forums, I figured it was worth the ask.

That's every supra that sees the track. hahah. Well, maybe not the gashes, but the rest is for sure. I've never had so much track rubber on a car in my life... I bought like four bottles of Mothers R3.
