B-stones, in my size, are $100 more, per set, than NT01.
I'm good with that if they are faster and wear anywhere near as well.
I don't remember 100% but the old tires where good for autocross but not road course due to heat tolerance? Maybe someone who knows can correct me if I'm wrong.

I got one, maybe two hot laps before they needed to cool down. They were a really good time attack tire, also good for autocross. Horrible for full length hpde sessions, especially on heavier, high-powered cars.
I never ran them long enough to go bad, but if I remember reading right, they heat cycled out pretty quickly. Usually long before they ran out of tread.
I think I am more excited to see how this 315 square setup is going to work! Next race is in 2 weeks. Will be installing the coilovers this weekend and will report back.
Oof, the 315 A052s have gotten damn expensive. 2gs a set.
Rt660s are just about there too. It would have been $1800 shipped to my door if I got them from tire rack or discount tire. But my tire guy hooked me up. $1500 mounted and balanced.

I'm not going full race car just yet. Maybe for my next set I'll try something way overkill haha. I drive the car a decent amount around town (5000 miles a year) so I wanted something decent on the street and better than stock on the track.
Got the coilovers all pre set and ready to go on. Got confirmation my tires arrived today at the tire shop. My 2 wheels and rear toe arms showed up. Tomorrow my camber plates should get here. Going to be a busy weekend.

Not sure if you are upgrading your sway bar links in the front but people have been having an issue with bending them when using the Ohlins because of the position of the end link mount on the strut body. Something to watch out for.
Looking forward to the fitment overall as I am leaning towards 18x11 and 315's after this season.

I did not know that. Interesting. I will see how everything lines up once it goes together. I am almost wondering if people arent clocking the shock body correctly? If things look weird, I will go aftermarket or just make my own. I was planning on putting my car on one of the lifts at work to do the sway bar so that would be the perfect time.

It's more about the length of the bracket on the strut I think. You can only clock them one way since there is a tab that goes into the hub mount.
The front sway bar is a piece of cake to install. It literally took me longer to take the undertray off than install the sway bar.
Are you also installing SPL lower control arms? If so, most adjustable aftermarket sway bars hit the LCA. I run the Cusco sway bar which only has one hole and it just BARELY touches the LCA at full lock. With the steering centered, there is probably 2-3mm clearance.
