You guys would love getting into my bug. Full cage with a door bar. Its a good 16" drop into the seat. Can't get in if the steering wheel is on.

Ok guys, I have a confession to make. I am addicted to buying vehicles.... Looks like 2 more are going to join me by the end of the week. An older Jeep Cherokee and another, yes cause I really need 2, Cobalt SS. Cobalt lands tomorrow and not sure about the Jeep. Probably by the end of the week. Keep telling myself I only need 2 cars and here I am, going to be back up to 6, ohh and my 2 jet skis that came back to me after 5 years. Yes, its bad.

I feel your pain. I have a nice car, race car, car for mom, daily driver, truck for dogs/race car.
all have their own, specific purpose.....but still.
I have a problem because I've come very close to buying others
I plan to sell the nice car to buy something else. That will probably be the revolving spot in my garage.
It's hard not to want one of each of our favorites.

I’m curious, what’s your big attraction to cobalts?

you know the feeling. My only problem is I have 1 nice car, 1 DD, and the rest need work. They all run and drive (except the evo) but they aren't what I call "finished".

They are cheap when you buy them with engine problems and expensive when they run good. Both will get sold. Between the 2, I should net about 6-7k in profits. Plus since I specialize in Ecotecs/gm stuff, parts are nearly free. Before my kid, I used to flip vehicles on the side. Now that I have my kid part time, I'm getting back into it. Can't complain about extra money on the side.

I tried that once, I just can't seem to be able to find the time to.do the work. If I'm not AT work, I'm out doing fun stuffs (well, I'm back in school right now, so then there is that).
That is a really fun way to make extra $$$$ though, if you're a car guy. I'd like to revisit the idea, in the future.

I mean who wouldn't want to make on average an extra 2k a month,, tax free cash....

Don't worry, you aren't missing out on anything. Its still a cobalt we are talking about. Dont get me wrong, they are fun. Super easy to squeak 300/300 out of the turbo ones to the wheels. Great engines that are super reliable but at the end of the day, its just a Cobalt....

got nothing but part time now haha. Went and looked at the jeep tonight. Going to buy it and keep it. Good deal for sure. Not exactly what I want but for the price, it will more than work. Its a perfect weekend beater. For once, not nice enough to care about if it gets scratched up. That's what I need.
