Philadelphia's Classiest Drunkards
That's oldschool. I had my trunk lined with that spray on pickup bed liner and a drain hole installed at the bottom of the spare tire well. I just go through the automatic wash with the trunk open once a week, spritz some febreeze and I'm done.
well spent a couple of days being pissed off at the ex gf for being clingy and an annoying b!tch, just sucked it up and at work now crushing it. Dan, you were right dude, good looks.
question: Dad needs new tires for his X. I havent been keeping up on the tire choices. Thoughts opinions?
He wants summer tires, he has winters. doesnt want advans or to spend the money on B-stones. I have the Z1s and love em, what about these new hankook V12s? uber cheap, but dont know anything other than a few reviews. Performance, price, treadlife, street tire.

That would make for an awesome garage. I've been wanting to install more lighting in my garage. Gotta get Sandy to come over when it gets warmer.

I would like to recoat my garage floor at some point. Lighting seems like an inexpensive but needed improvement.
My lighting sucks right now. I have 2 dual and one quad shop light but the garage is so big that theyre ineffective. I plan to recoat the floor this spring. Its going to be very involved because it was painted in the past and that has to come off. It also needs to have the lights and outlets on their own circuit. Anytime I weld for a while I have to kill anything else thats plugged in. The previous owner was a dumbass with electricity. We have had to redo almost everything he did.
yoko AVID ENVigor (W)(Ultra High Performance All-Season). money is tight for him now so I think hes looking for something cheap to drive in all conditions and then when summer hits get a dedicated summer tire. neal from the rack has been helping him out today.
anyone have any experience with those tires? I hate all seasons, i think you should just get a winter and a summer, but hey, his money his car his decision, just want some input.
thanks dan, ill pass that along

Ryan, regarding tires. For all seasons, look at the Continental Conti Extremecontact DWS. They are regarded as being the best 'Ultra High Performance' all-season for snow traction. In the dry, they are middle of the pack. They are very reasonably priced as well. I believe that Pete T has these on his new X, he may be able to tell you more.
The other All Season tire to consider is the Michelin Pilot Sport All Season Plus. They are in the same 'Ultra High Performance' All Season group. These however are better in the dry. Likely the best A/S for dry traction, etc. In term of rain and snow, they are middle of the pack. The only downside is that they are pricey.

thanks for the info. I agree, the michelins are awesome, i just dont think he wants to spend that much on an AS when hes going to get some more pricey summer tires, but ill look into it. havent had much time since I am working and the accounting system closes in a hour!
the conti's are what neal suggested as well, problem is they are out of stock and wont be in for another 4-6 weeks, and he needs tires this week. I will have to give pete a call. left him a message a while back but never heard back. hes a busy man but ill give him a call. keep the opinions coming guys, much appreciated.
