I know its black magic, but he spent maybe 20 minutes actually fiddling with the car (both times it was in the shop). Like i said before, if the car actually drove straight, i would be ok with the alignment not being 100% what i asked for.

I would check out RT but ... $150 + tax + (half day X hourly rate) + $5 toll + $30 of gas.

That's quite expensive. There must be someone here that can align a car properly. Sad part is that I can't use the sjr forum to ask ... they recommend this guy

I remember them talking about this last season. I think partly its due to the upcoming rule changes to BSP (unless that isn't happening)

I wouldn't be surprised to see a RWD car next. Corey is likely bored with AWD. Just hope its not a cart/fmod.

My friend who I race with will bring Robi to support him this weekend at NJMP. He can sign anyone else up for custom align by Robi for $180 or $75 just for front alignment. Let me know if anyone is interested.

For all that, you could by a good camber gauge, string, and a couple aluminum posts and DIY. That's what I did, and it's awesome. I've aligned my car 3 times now, so it's basically covered the cost of the equipment already. I know it's right, and I can make changes between events to try different settings. The only downside is the time you spend in the garage getting it perfect, but you also spend time driving to the shop, waiting, and driving home... so it's almost a wash.

Evo is staying in class, but they are looking at creating another *SP class for the other cars in BSP that are underdogs. This is going from memory, but they will not bury the Evo in ASP... too many people would be upset, imo. SCCA won't risk losing the attendance.

Cy also said he's looking for something he can drive everyday and autox occasionally, since he hasn't been able to get out as much this year.

This is what I am thinking. Big problem for me is that I don't have a level surface to work on. (all family members garages are full of junk)
