check out baierl mitsubishi in the north hills.

they may or may not have any directly on the lot, but should be able to find you what you need.

their evo mechanic mike is a great guy too. he's the only one that wrenches on my evo besides me. he services many of the evos in the area, and often has good inside information on the condition of the cars.

if you find one you are interested in, post it up here and see if any of us know anything about it.

there is a guy on here with a silver IX GSR for sale at the moment. might be worth checking out.

-edit-

also, welcome to the thread.

they moved in with the baierl subaru dealership on perry highway.

bring your brass knuckles when you go. never know when a wrx/sti driver is gonna show up and start an old school rumble in the parking lot.

creepy. the MR that's going for 21,995 is like my car's doppleganger, even down the the tires (if you take away the injen I/C pipes). that car looks familiar, but offhand i don't recall who's it is.

the other one with the enkei's and CF hood doesn't look familiar. although i do love the CF intake snorkel. i gotta get me one of them.

The car has been built for over 2 weeks now and still doesn't idle and has a crap tune on it.
Seriously? Tephra and Bryan from GST had the 2010 stuff figured out within weeks of the 2010's coming out. All the info you need should be the X's ecuflash thread.

Question for those that swapped from 6spd to 5spd. Are you able to keep your 6spd console?

I've not looked at that stuff in months. You need to contact 1 of those 2 people i mentioned. Or, you need to read through the ecuflash thread for the X. Its a lot to read, but all the code you need to add and how to add it is all there.

Offer stands for anyone that knows what they are doing and is confident that they can hook it up and do some reading if you don't have a 10'. I don't know jack **** about computers or code or ANTYHING that they say in the threads about it and I will deffinately **** my car and/or laptop up if I try any more than I have with it.

What's different about reading from a 8, 9 vs a 10? Do you need a different version of ECUFlash? Which Tatrix cable do you have/need?

I have everything I'm supposed to need. Latest versions of everything just ecuflash and evoscan don't come with all the crap that the 2010's need which differs from the 2008 X ecu.
I don't know enough to say what it is specifically that I don't know.

In EVOScan are you doing this:
Select Open Port 2.0, CAN 2006+/EVOX, in SELECT ECU, select Mode23 2010 USA RA EVOX. Does that work?
