Do you have any tips for rolling and pulling the rear fenders? Your rear fenders look much cleaner than most DIY jobs out there.

For real. Mine don't even fit 18x10.5's yet and don't look that good...

Its been over a decade so I dont remember. But it comes down to camber and camber gain too. Also Im a bit higher in the rear than Id like to be. Wana do a over fender or extension and cut some metal away.

Mocked up some bumper shutters to see how they'd look. But I have to throw the splitter on to finalize location. Makes the car look mean.

Put the splitter on and drilled/installed the 2 extra bolt holes for the wing. My car looks like Austins now haha.

I was shooting to do so for Halloween so the car could at least have the costume of a race car on but couldn't find the time.

This is my first time driving with either the wing or splitter on the car. Drove it to work on the highway at about 80mph or so(JDM 5th gear means the car is spinning 4k RPM or more at this speed lol). Car felt planted. Nothing to report in terms of trouble with either. Feel a bit like a tool bag driving around on the street with these bits on. But I have 1/2 tank of E85 to burn off and wanted to at least try the new parts out.

Splitter looks mean!

What percentage of street vs track do you partake in?

Is the shift into the jdm 5th smoother then an 8/9 fifth ? All three of my evo transmissions never went into 5th well/nice. Not a grinding issue, just not great.

Would you do the jdm 5th again?

Car is basically 0% street car but sometimes I cant resist a nice day and drive it to work or something. This will change soon once I have another fun weekend car to use. I should mention its also 0% track lol. More like 95% garage...

JDM 5th is great as a usable gear to accelerate, but cruising on the highway the car is too wound up. I have OE final drive as well.
