There is a huge difference in graphs other than looking at just peak numbers; frankly, the peak value means very little, what you're looking for is overall area under the curve. You also need to keep in mind he tracks the car, any intelligent owner and/or tuner will tune a track car much more conservatively than a street car since it will see extended WOT/boost conditions.

Turbosmart's individually packed actuators aren't readily available, but the ones for use in our turbo program are ready to rock

That EF3 looks awesome. I just ordered a clutch and flywheel from you (MAP) and after reading this thread I think I have decided to get an EF3 ordered up here soon. I want one.

Im hoping to have my EF3 and built motor tuned soon! Wont be expecting massive numbers as the car will be tuned for circuit racing. It needs to last 6-7 15 minute sessions flat out day in, day out so we shall see what this is capable of hehe

Mods are as follows:
MAP EF3 (ported comp housing, ported exhaust housing, anti surge)
MAP Howards I beam rods
MAP H11 headstuds
Wiseco 10.0CR 1400HD pistons
GSC S2 cams
Stage 1 ported head with Brian Crower 1mm oversized valves
E85
(standard 6 speed gearbox boo!)

Motor, gearbox and t case will be going in this weekend and then off to tuning asap

Megatron has finally arrived home. The trip home was pretty pleasant and I could only think about all of the hard work that has gone into my build. There are still some tweaks of the tune that need to be made. I will say that even on pump/91, the EF4 is pretty quick with the 2.4LR.

Is this the actuator that comes with the EF3, and will mine come with the turbosmart actuator or did I need to specify?

No, my friend. There is no need to specify as they come standard.
