CBRD- BBK info- NEW turbos, etc...
^I think a good question to ask is this....We know how many RPM the BBK Full gives up to a stock IX turbo...not much. A fair question may be how many RPM do the proto versions of the BBK-B give up. The final versions will surely be better but at least this should give a bit of a "worst case scenario" to see if this thing will be in the ball park of what we are all hoping it will be as far as repsonse is concerned. As for power, if that flow rate is accurate, we should already have a good idea of what it will do.
-stock oil/coolant lines (save $150 or w/e over the hta green)
-stock compressor cover (no mods necessary for 3" inlet= more $$ savings)
-stock WGA (no fancy 18psi or 25psi wga needed)
-OEM CHRA (who knows what FP uses? They won't say.)
-a LOT more proven dyno results. There's a TON of easily available BBK data and like 3 HTA Green dyno results that I've seen. If you're considering the BBK-B, I'm sure data will be available shortly

-you get the personalized service of dealing with Chad/CBRD, which is absolutely top notch.
I think vboy425 (aka Charlie) is referring to me. I had mine fail a couple of weeks ago, with all the new mojo...
=======================
Chad, could you PM me details on the new BBK-B with pricing...
Similar performance, but BBK gets you:

Atm the HTA Green still works out cheaper for me since I can source it directly from a US vendor rather than paying a vendor in Aus with their "mark-ups" for a BBK Full or BBK-B.
Works out at $2194.50 USD ($2500 AUD) delivered for:
HTA Green ported with 80mm surge and with 18psi wastegate - 1760.00
FP Evo 9 3" Intake Pipe - 105.00
FP Evo 9 Gasket set - 35.00
FP Evo Oil Filter Housing Line Kit - 145.00
Shipping - 149.50
compared to a BBK-B delivered from the AUS vendor for $2650 AUD without anything (ie. porting, hi-psi actuator, intake pipe, gasket set, oil line kit)..
This is why the HTA Green is more attractive to me but I've heard so many good things about the BBK Full. I'm really wanting to try the new BBK-B!!
Can I deal with Chad directly and purchase a BBK-B??
Chad can you also PM me details please for the BBK-B I would like to order and pay for one ASAP!!

For an EVO9 with TBE, FMIC, LICP, and INJ:
What turbo will be best suited for 400whp (dynojet) with on pump gas? I often hear the red isn't any better on pump than the green. Will the BBKB react in a similar manor?
I don't want to run 30psi. I don't feel there is a need to upgrade the stock E9 cams. I hope a 4" think $800 FMIC isn't required. I am simply looking for a 400whp pump gas conservative tuned road race turbo.
