Why not just do it once and do it right? The cost of upgrading to a BBK-B, tunes and possibly injectors sounds like another $1500 to me.

Because maybe the original BBK Full *is* right for a lot of people It still gets my vote!

Car has been down for almost three months. Can't wait any more and im moving. I just want my car back from Speed Element already. It should be good for road racing. Get out of the tighter corners faster. 270whp and 205wtq at 7k rpms ftl.

I do know what you are saying though. I wanted to do it once do it right, but its taking too long. CBRD has good intentions. Not knocking them at all, just unfortunate that the timing is not right for me. If i feel i dont have enough power, ill just do E85 lol. Simple fix.

+1. Unless you have some sort of extenuating circumstance like Pure EvoIX, then I agree with that philosophy, but I also think a lot of people would rather have the Full NOW! rather than have to wait any longer for the B.....even if it costs them a solid amount of more money in the long run to do it that way. Immediate gratification right?!

It's really not that bad...especially if you wrench on your car yourself...Just like Pure EvoIX, my car has been down for close to 2 months and I can't wait any longer...I already have 1000cc injectors, so I will have plenty of fuel for the BBK-B, and usually when you are a return customer for a tuner the next tune is either half price to 2/3 the price of the first tune. Upgrading to the BBK-B down the road won't cost much either. To be honest by the time Chad gets all the R&D done for the BBK-B I wouldn't doubt if its another 2 months or so before its finally released. Around January I plan on having my car torn apart again for a 5 spd swap, so that will give me plenty of time to have my Full upgraded to the B...

I would love to get the full right now but the evo is my dd so it can't keep going down for weeks at a time. Also i have only 91 out here so I need a bit more air to get to my goal. The full is a great turbo but I only get one shot at this so I'm holding out for the b!

I spoke to Chad yesterday, and he said the BBK-B uses a different journal bearing setup than the BBK Full, and this is the reason why the BBK-B needs the revised oil feed line but the BBK Full does not.

i got the Full now i wont truly know if i need more topend unless i check out the Full. i truly think the B will shine best with the right setup like built head, possibly a stroke motor or atleast build motor and e85. with it on just 93oct i dont the full potential will be shown but i could be wrong.

A little off topic, but do you guys think the Exedy HD stage 1 can handle either of these turbos or you think the stage 2 is a must? At least for the BBK-B. Although torque is not a whole lot more on the B over the Full.
