Sic, Jason. Cant wait to see em on the car
Jason, those are badass.Ryan: Buy a X! Other than the horrible lack of trunk space, they're great cars. Go see if you can test drive one somewheres. Also, I don't think they're doing 0% anymore, and none of the dealers around here have anywhere near good deals on them (like South Coast, for example) and they won't match either. Then if I get the STi we can show the guys with their old school cars who's boss

Salt Lake City Hooter FTMFL. Unless, you like 50 year-old women who have been smoking since they were 13 and spending every other day getting waaaay too much fake sunlight. That's how it was last I was there
Bleh, I remember being grossed out by every single one of the waitresses. The food is still good though! The few times I have been to the Hooters here, it wasnt bad. (For the morals of this state). It wasnt as good as the one back home, or in Vegas, or Texas, but the sights werent bad. Maybe I just got lucky.

Edit: Just noticed you have an R6. What year is it and what part of the area are you in? We are always lookin for new people to ride with.

It's a 2006 R6s Raven. I live in Clearfield (Close to the base) But I will be moving to West haven in 2 months
Lol, aight...just hit me up when you get it out of storage for the year.
Jake, South Coast does have some decent deals on X's. I have also seen some IX's for sale for MORE than a brand new X...people are stupid.

What psi are most of you running on pump gas? I am doing some tuning with my MBC and it seems with the weather being what it is I am going to be able to control the knock at 23psi with a stock IX turbo (stock IC). Is that consistent with what you guys are seeing?
EvoM's update with Multi-quote FTMFW!!!
This is tight! Agreed with you Dallin. Updates are becoming cool. This is the first forum I've ever seen with multi-quote and it rocks, no more copy paste copy paste non-sense
Really honestly, an old skyline or a newer Evo... I'd pick a newer Evo. Yeah, the R34s are awesome... But... whatev.. Guess it's just me hating the fact that I bought such an old car.
It has been since early high school that I've been there (what like 6 years?) so it could be better now.
My girlfriend wants to (has wanted to for awhile) buy at least a 250R.
Maybe we'll come cruise around with you sometime if she decides to buy it before her Mini. She almost bought one last summer before she met me but backed out to try to save more money to get a new car instead. And she REALLY wants a Mini-S so...
She knows more about Minis than I do other than not ever driving them.
Yep, real decent deals at South Coast... Sad they couldn't work anything out for me on my car though...
I never ran more than 21 on 91 octane just to be safe, cranked it up to about 24 on race gas out at the track. Those were per Christian at COBB's (well, Modern at the time) recommendations, plus I was tuned for 21 on 91. Edit: Are you tuned for those mods?

Plus that would be another thing to move when I get sent somewhere else (meaning I would have to buy an even bigger trailer). Decision, decisions...

The R34, while yes I would be getting an '02, IMHO has more of an awe factor to it, plus it is a hell of alot more rare over here than an Evo. I like to have things that others dont.
Convince her to get one! You can still tell the new 250's are 250's but they are starting to make them look alot better. If height of a 600 is a problem for her, she could always get it lowered in the rear for pretty cheap. I know a fine woman about 5'2'' that rides a Gixxer 600, and damn can she ride. (I will stay behind her so I can stare at her *** lol)
