Utah Evos
Cool pics...I wish I would have known about the meet....Danny, call next time!!! j/k I met up with a group from an MR2 meet going into Emigration Canyon (i think). A guy with an AE86 was drifting (some of the drifts were awsome) untill he went head on with an SUV.....no injuries though....oh and had one that allmost flew into the canyon (i was going to suggest he only try those high speed turns with an AWD vehicle...ie Evo... lolol but didnt want my asked kicked by twenty guys.)
Cool...what are the Evo owners doing with their cars for the winter months? buying winter tires or storing them?

The dyno pulls went well fro the RX-7's. The EVO's on the Dyno were only going to be a bonus if the RX-7's went fast. It took all day, so Jeremy was the only one to go. Totally stock he put down 193hp to the ground, installed a muffler delete and went 200hp. Not bad for a muffler. We are going to try to organize an EVO dyno day, considering 7 EVO's showed up on Saturday for an Rx-78 meet. More to come on that. Everyone email me to let me know if you are interested so I can get an accurate list for Christian at Modern.

I had a good time and got the info I was looking for. They did a bunch of tuning on 3 rx-7's and that really dragged out the day. We did have a very good Evo turnout even though it was not our meet. It was very good to meet you guys.
don't worry about the #'s modern garage dyno has always read low. mainly because it's a load based dyno. i would be curious to see what a modded evo will put down! i probably won't dyno until my turbo kit is on.
i can guess with how much power i make! i dynoed @ 340whp there with my eclipse! 110mph traps. i trap @ 107 with this car it is a little fatter than my other car plus awd i probably make the same power 320 to 340whp! there that's my dyno sheet plus i saved enough money i can buy a fuel pump instead!
