You won't EVER get a better quality ride AND handling with suspension without paying beaucoup bucks... Either worse handling better quality ride or the other way around. For 50 bucks he can have my old JICs that need a rebuild Around 1500 new, need about a 700-1100 dollar rebuild done.

Now that I threw in my for sale too... He is going to take AWHILE to get used to the Evo from a Mini, the Mini had just as much stock body roll, it just had a WHOLE lot less body to roll. I know the feeling he is having, I hated it in mine when I first got it but don't let anyone you know ever touch lowering springs, unless they drive an Audi

Skip the rear sway bar and get better suspension for sure, I never had a rear sway and never felt THAT much of need for one.

And Wes, your dedicated beer pong table is quite possibly the coolest thing I've seen on this board, other than maybe that "odd" halloween costume awhile back And, of course, the pictures I posted of my car

Racing real cars like Evos is super lame.

Redbull Soapbox Racing is where it's at! The Evo got muscled out of the garage so I could build this baby for the Seattle Sonics to enter the Redbull event - it's a fighter jet.

Estimated speeds for the course are 40 mph+ and there's a huge steel banked turn.

 

Amazing, almost all the parts used to build that thing can be purchased at Home Depot!!!
