Kid in a FC (2nd gen) RX-7 wanted to play last night on the freeway. I pulled up next to him just cruisin' by and I guess he couldn't resist. He had his window rolled down and was trying to get all staged even with me. Then he revs, drops a gear and takes off. So I'm in 5th gear and I just step on it, I didn't feel like down shifting. His car is loud as hell, reving like mad in 4th gear, and I'm right with him, door-to-door chillin in 5th gear. Then we come up on traffic and he gives me the peace out.

It was in reference to the car that rolled at BW, anyone seen that Purple Evo around the U? I saw it today and I thought it was Electric Blue, and realized that it was actually like purple...kinda creeped me out, but i couldnt stop looking at it...something about Evos...

Yeah, just like that, in different lighting, and I couldn't see a barney sticker...and I couldn't tell but it looked like the stock rims to me...anyway, I just thought it was really cool, like this Neon Green one that was in a pop-up ad one time...

 

I know that when this car was up for sale, it was with the stock wheels.

 

I stared at the back of it for a long time trying to tell if it was really an 8 or just like a Ralliart or something...sure enough, it was an 8. Anyway, that's my cool story about a purple car that wasn't a Lambo.
