Not sure how much of this thread you have read, but if you've read my posts, then you should know that while the ALS tables exist in the USDM ROMs, there is no ALS program in the USDM ROMs. So, regardless of what you do the the ALS tables in a USDM ROM, whatever control the ECU has over ALS will not work. You have two options. 1) Either figure how to add the ALS program to a USDM ROM, or 2) Use a ROM that has the ALS program. Unless you know assembly language and have all the tools, solution #2 will likely be the easier path.

i took the settings off here. i think my main problem is i might not have it hooked to a good enough vacuum source. anyone know a good spot?

ok, that should work as long as its been verified that the car had an ALS system.

I believe SAS sytem can be checked if vacuum hose of SAS valve is connected to sensible boost gauge, then you could test if SAS solenoid is opening up and giving air pressure to the SAS valve...
Maybe vacuum connection is not OK, maybe SAS solenoid wiring is not OK, maybe banjo bolts holes are too small, the worst thing would be if USDM ecu doesn't support ALS with 90550001 ROM...

where is your MBC located?

I have my throttle body "t"d into by, MBC, SAS, Boost gauge.

If you have that table you should be in luck.
Ok

to see if you have it working;

you can turn the minimum load and kph to zero.

make sure your minimum rpm is set at like 3k or 3.5k

that map has it on 9k...you will never have it activated with lift off at 9000 rpm

oh yeah my min rpm is set to 3k. i'm thinking i can put it on the nipple that is on the underside of my intake piping since it is capped off right now anyways.

you can also add negative timing...remember to get the pops and the bangs...because there are both...you need to have fuel dumped into the manifold.

also the manifold has to be hot enough to cause ignition. If your car is cool, it dosnt work.
but a couple second gear pulls gets it going. I have found when I get above 81C on water temp...it seems to start working really well.

I think it needs to be connected to somewhere on the intake manifold.
Stock position feeds the tank directly from the intake manifold....

Remember
intake manifold--->long end of vaccum tubing to tank.
Tank (short vaccum tube)-->SAS solenoid (position closest to solenoid)
out side position on solenoid-->SAS valve

Just connect vacuum hose somewhere, where the high boost is maintained, best place - intake manifold.

you can T into the vacuum hose that runs from the intake manifold to your MBC.

you just need a source from intake manifold to the tank...

My mbc is attached at the stock intake position.

then it would be one of two things.

the solenoid is not getting power. I think you just plugged the wastegate solenoid female end into the SAS solenoid male end correct?
you moved wastegate (turquoise) to proper SAS pin (53 is it?)

I am no expert, but I went the splice route, and grounded the other side.
what I figured by looking at wastegate solenoid;

I believe the turquoise wire is on the right...I just got an injector clip, put it on the SAS solenoid and wired it the same way that is on the WG solenoid. Turquoise is spliced into right side left wire is grounded.

I have since just used butt clips and have cut the turquoise wire clean from the wastegate solenoid.

I am waiting on an evo 9 pin to wire in the wastegate solenoid
