I mean yeah it does take a bit to spool but if you are driving normal and get on it you hit spool pretty quickly pending your high enough in the rpms and in the correct gear. Only thing you will have to think about is weither you want the anti surge and porting. I highly recomend both.
No. I believe you 100%. And yes, I will get the turbo with porting and the anti-surge set up. I do need some injectors as I was initially going with a smaller turbo and only got some 880s. Fast forward and now I am on a different playing field.

As far as 500whp on an EF3 if we are talking dynojet than I'm confident I've crushed that already making 478 on a MD. That was at only 23psi at 7K. I've since added a different fuel pump and 1450s and went from 28 to 34 at peak holding close to 30 at 7K so I expect to make well over 500 next trip to the mustang dyno which should equate to high 500s on a DJ maybe close to 600 stay tuned

PlanoEvo's EF3 beast is wicked, we were out bombing around in it earlier this week and you really feel the acceleration in the pit of your stomach!

Do you have a built engine too or will this be for a stock-block build?

Initially, it will be for a stock 2.0L. I have been thinking about having some drop-in pistons and rods installed and call it a day. I looked at buying a built engine but was turned away when I saw the $3K+ price tag. I know it cost to pay but I do not want to spend all of my deployment money on an engine. I would be happy with a very conservative 450whp/400wtq on E85 knowing that there is more left in the car. I am hoping that the MAP long runner, Comp-40 wastegate/dump, and Kelford 280s will help maintain boost a lot better.

How did you pick up the extra boost up top . Also did it equate to much more power?
