Crap you stated it was his car. Again, I'm pretty sure its the "invidia" downpipe he has.
it was turbo XS downpipe, thank you very much!

dave, there should have been a downpipe i bought from you all in the back seat, since the turbo XS one was beat all to hell and wasn't fitting right. was it not in there?

i bet this also explains why it didn't fit well with the old 20g-9-5. lol

Hopefully the car will be buttoned up on Monday, if I have time and it gets done it will get dyno'd on pump gas.

Pretty excited about this myself. This should be a great cheap alternative to going to a larger turbo.
dave, i know i will see it eventually, but i don't suppose you could take a few pics of the install?

The stock heat shield yes. The stock airbox, I suppose it will fit although I am not going to be trying it.

I will get picks when we get it in there and buttoned up next week.

I honestly forgot to look inside the car for the downpipe. I built a new one, put an additional 02 bung in it like you had and put it on the car. Sorry.

Well by fabing up a pipe form the turbo to the intake box wouldn't you be able to keep the price down than providing complete intake pipe with filter.

Hahaha! Yea... Buschur needs to have a special "Tax Return Turbo Kit..." for the evo... We'll all psychologically fall for it if the results are good :-) hehehe

Fabbing up a pipe from the turbo kit to the MAF pipe would add cost to the kit. We do not supply an inlet pipe for our turbo kits. If you are an existing customer that built his car correctly, you will already have bought our MAF pipe in our Stage 2 kit and it will go right onto this turbo. If you are doing a turbo kit I highly recommend switching to a different fuel management too. This will mean you aren't using the stock MAF anymore.

There are lots of ways to build an EVO. I think we have proven we know the right way to do it. Leaving the stock MAF with a large turbo kit is not the right way.

When will this kit be ready to ship? what's the final price, complete bolt on? Using the following : AEM EMS w/ BC 280's, full 3" TBE, MR O2 & headers, 255 FP, BR intake & UICP, FMIC, What kind of power can I expect on 93 (street) & 110 (track)? How will this kit work on a roadcourse & DD?
