Forced Performance Evo Red Turbo data
Forced Performance produced several prototypes / pre-production Red turbos. I was fortunate to get one of those.
Since the Red burst onto the scene because it was tested during the same session as some other Forced Performance stock appearing turbos, its existence was publicized before the production run was quite ready, I expect. Typically, the sequence is "test first, evaluate results, then start production".
The strange thing was that in the two or three days after someone said that they were available for order, only about 6 orders for the FP Red were actually placed. If there are only a certain number which will be available in the first batch, y'all have only yourselves to blame if you were not in the first 15.
As for me, I'm gonna BOOST ON!

the problem is not palcing an order for the first 15, it's the fact that the guys at fp still don't know when the first batch of turbos will be ready.
They are not saying in 1 week, or in 1 month, they just say: we have no news!
you pay $2000 for a turbo that is supposed to be off the shelf, then after 2 weeks of waiting, the supplier tells you: we have no news abt the turbo availability!
^^ they might not no when there gona be ready but they do have them in production and are makeing them as we speeak...thats y i orderd thru buschur cos i have had a bad expierience on shipping dates with fp....hopefully buschur has a connection with thme and they well get theres in sooner than fp sending theres out

The waiting game is nothing new with FP unfortunately.
anyone see this before if so sorry for the repost http://youtube.com/watch?v=4-CEixf54us
I haven't checked on the status of the turbos lately. When we did the testing here on Tom's car before I said anything about the turbo I checked on availability and was told there were enough parts to build 15 units, after those 15 it would be quite a while to get more.
not good since the waiting list and time are getting longer...I would be willing to pay an extra 100 bucks for a rush order to get one and test it for pump gas and then some racegas for fun...
