New stock frame turbo options from Blouch
Probably not, I don't drag race or anything and care more about a big flat torque curve and not boost spikes. So if redline wont hold 30psi then I wont spike over that.
In autox, torque spikes just break parts and is harder to drive. Big, flat, seamless delivery is the goal.

Yes. I can't wait to build my short block. Aaron told me it'll really help bring out the torque curve. Right now holds flat-ish from about 4500-6k. I would like to see my car extend the torque curve earlier with a 2.3 or 2.2, and extend it out the top some with head work and FP's higher flowing ss housing. Not to say it isn't sill fast and fun already lol
it's surprising how hard it is to convince people of how effective this is. they all just want that dyno sheet.
i almost went 2.3L but was kinda worried about the added torque down low on my 6spd. well, that and i already had the pistons/rods for the 2.0L.
if i ever have to rebuild, i'll do a 2.3 and deal with any fallout that may or may not occur LOL.

Trans parts falling out the bottom of the car? lol
i was talking to them about that... so much cheaper to swap to a 5spd, though a bit of a bummer for me. bleh. i really prefer the 6spd to the 5spd.
Ok, enough of a thread jack
With the 2.3 and this turbo, response felt pretty much instant. I had some issues with hesitation due to (I think) way to small of a spark plug gap. But when it was pulling, its ripped! So much so, that I have to get use to it so I can think about how its responding. So far though, and as you can see from the plot, the car just pulled from earlier and pulls longer. Exactly what I wanted.
Had a bunch of people come up to say how stupid fast the car looked especially off the line. And getting off the line is cake. Just hold revs to 3500, bring out clutch till it just grabs then swap pedals. That resulted in full wheel spin through 1st but with still a ton of forward motion.
Its possible I'll get a tune this winter for pump with the dual map setup but definitely wont happen before the end of the season which is October.
