Do it again and see if that fixes your problem. It's possible to create uneven pad deposits at anytime, even after properly bedding in your pads. Especially if you come to a complete stop with the brakes cooking.

Have you checked your tires?

Have them balanced.

I've had the Stoptech StageII upgrade for a year now. I'm really hard on my brakes at the track etc.

+1. If you've done as you say, no way the rotors are warped.

No problem. I have to do it on a regular basis myself (stock brakes).

I have a different brand and they weighed about the same. Unless your using a two piece, I wouldn't think you could save much weight.

Our 1 peice stock repalcement EVO rotors weigh 22 pounds each while our 332mm BBK 2 peice rotors weigh just over 17 pounds each. That comes out to about 10 pounds of reduced rotating mass on our front only kit vs stock.

What may seem like a warped rotor could be new pad build-up creating the same effect.Stoptec used supply axxis brand pads which do not work so well in the northeast.Temperature being the issue, street driving around here doesn't produce enough heat therefore blotching pad material on top of the rotor.Stoptec rents very aggressive pads that you use for ~1 hour to clean off the high spots.
