If you just stick with cams and perhaps a larger turbo you should be fine.
I would definitely not tint the windows or change the tires.

keep it stock just to be safe. work on exterior mods for looks and when you finally get over yourself about loosing your warranty then go with power mods.

don't FART inthere now

If you fart in youre nice recaro seats and they get stained, warranty voided

mitsubishi warranty is very bad, you just have to stand up and let them know how you want it because you have just paid over 30k

Dont' mod if you wana keep youre warranty, at least that is what iam doing...

Only built 2.3 Stroker kits, and Gt35r's are allowed, any other bolt ons will void the warranty

Haha, i see the point. It's going to be hard keeping it stock. I've had the itch to mod it since I left the dealership...

it just all depends on what stealership you purchased the car from. I got mine at walker mitsubishi in renton, wa. I've spoken with the service manager and he said he doesnt care what I do to the car. I'll still have the warranty.

For the most part. An exhaust won't void the warranty. Cat-back should be fine. Just dont mess with the cat. I pretty sure a high flow cat will be fine too. Down pipe and O2 housing are alittle iffy. If you want to increase boost. Get an AEM tru boost controller. It looks like a boost gauge. If you do get a Cat-back, remember when you go back to the dealership to put on the silencer.

As has been said before, it all depends on the dealership. I talked to the service department where I bought my car and was told that they cannot and will not void anything unless the specific problem is the result of a mod. Even then, they will only void warranty on whatever part of the car was modified. Who knows how they will actually treat me if/when I bring my car in for something, but I recorded the entire conversation, so I'm not really too worried.
