Buying a modded Evo and having to guess what parts are on it! Then change them. At least I got lucky and it had an ETS intercooler on it.

i regret buying cheap prosport gauges. oil pressure gauge sensor has gone bad twice now and i need to buy it again for the third time...

Also kinda regret getting the small battery, which went bad really fast. partly because i didnt know any better to tender it (evo is not daily)

It looks like everyone regrets installing "X" clutch. I will have to do my researching on clutches!

+1 for another person not jumping on the Exedy bandwagon.
I had a ACT clutch and lightend fly - wheel at 43k and no problems. I just hit 80k. So good so far.

I remember seeing something on here about it being a half inch off, (up&down). you would have to do some looking thru here to find it, and pm the guys that have been thru this. not much help, I know.... but the info is out there

Smile Evo 9 bumber on Evo 8

From my understanding the Evo 9 front bumper beam also has to be used because of alignment issues. I think STM makes a bumper beam that is a chrome moly tube. I hope this will help.
