I don't have this t/b but I removed the ones off of my ported stock t/b. No problems even with the Chicago cold weather.

I am running this throttle body connected to a MAP rev 2 manifold and also on speed density. I live in NJ and have had NO issues what-so-ever with starting, warming up or idling. Its a very nice piece.

Some comparative pictures between stock and 70mm (sorry the lighting sucks!):

One thing I noticed was the lack of the Base Idle Set Screw. I think it'll be alright though.

I believe the small torx set screw on the throttle wheel assembly stop acts as the idle adjustment.

Does anyone run this throttle body with bigger fuel lines? I just installed my stock intake manifold that has been matched to 70mm and now the -8 feed line does not clear? has anyone encounter this problem?

I'm about to pull the trigger on this. I've read through this thread twice. What all do I need to make this work? I have a stock IM, egr, etc. The vacuum lines on top need to either be t'd from another spot or disable egr with block off plate (I can figure that out in the how to's if I go that route)? Those lines are for the egr, right?

Coolant lines need to be connected to each other via

Anything else I'm missing?

I don't know if it has been pointed out, but those with stock IM's will need to be careful when porting the IM inlet to 70mm. You may find it necessary to add material to that area.

The plan is to use their adapter and later get the MAP Rev 2 intake manifold to match the TB.

Anyone? I don't mind buying and finding out for myself. It's just the down time of waiting for parts that's tough for a DD. Yes, I've searched.

vacuum is vacuum. grab it anywhere from the intake manifold, but dont tee it off the fuel pressure regulator. if you dont have any open ports, get a vacuum block.
