quick update, I finally flashed 03lances rom in my car with the stock tephra timing.

all I need to do is tweak the timing so I can run more power out my car without getting any knocks

Don't know if you adjusted the knock values back to stock or not Steven but be very cautious if you did not. They have been working great for my car but every car is different

 

I checked each table and the knock values are the same for some reason? I will check again unless I copied your rom twice and pasted it under another name

 

well when I get my evo 8 I have always wanted when I can afford it, then I will come up to madison when its snows and we can have fun up north maybe I will push 23 psi so I can call you a wuss hahaha

I might get an evo this year, it depends I got a raise from job and my car is about to be paid off. plus im selling parts on the side for commission as well

there starting to get cheaper from what I saw, I just need a complete stock one for at least 12k and im set.

I dont care how bad of shape the car is in I can pretty much assemble my own car.

 

well by that time i should have a built ej20 dropped in there and i should be able to push more. acutally all i really need is a turbo, injectors, and an ic then i will be able to better handle what i got now. but with 175k on this engine and pushing that psi its only a matter of time before i throw the #4 ringland....

 

Well if its my rom you definately are looking at another rom of mine as my knock multipliers are different than stock lancer and evo. Cant remember right off hand if I changed the gains or not.

 

well i was able to run almost a full pull with the stock tepra rom, but I ran into a cop down the road so I had to slow down.

Im getting like 1-2 count but I forgot to log knock voltage so I have to redo a pull again tomorrow.

About to get a 3 inch catback with open dump and up the boost to 12psi .

 

Ill take you on bro lol, just need to make sure my knock issue is resolved first before attempting to race anyone.

and since your in san antonio your abuot a good 6 hour drive from me. Maybe we can all head to a track halfway from the dallas to houston area
