Link the next time you try the valet mode thing can you log

MUT00 = 8D06
MUT01 = 8D07

This is the countdown timer so we can see if its really counting down.

Cool got both logs the timer doesn't seem to be decrementing so something is going on with that.

Same story something must be resetting the countdown or its not hitting the right code loop not a big issue but annoying lol

 

So i'm back got off early which was nice. Think I know whats going on with the code for map switching sending you a new rom link

Cool already emailed but i think maybe time to try alt maps

Couple ways to try it that are super easy.

One mess up the injector scaling so it idles rich or lean

Two mess with the timing fuel map and check the logs

 

ok ill try the injectors first then the timing map
also i put 1 in the box to turn it on right cause i get three options and what do that others do?

1) ADC0F
2) AutoICS
3)TPS

edit: also i would do the same as valet to active the alt map?

 

I would use option 3 becuase thats TPS. I've updated the xml hence forth a few times but ADC0f is a input channel into the ecu but we don't know where it is on this ecu so its not worth testing.

AutoICS doesn't exist on this ecu so its completely disabled and wont work so you only option at this point is 3. I'm keeping option 1 open in case its found.

And yes you enable it in the exact same manner as valet maps.

Alt map works also put my injectors scaling really low and was super rich at idle didnt try the timing yet but will give it a shot in the morning

 

Cool pretty close to being totally tested and finished for publish use

You may as well test mdp averaging at the same time its pretty harmless.

Just log mdp and see if it puts out sane values
