Quick question: Did you try bolting up the Lancer transmission to the 4g64 block? i wonder if it works

and

Do you know if the cast intake manifold off the lancer will bolt up to the 4g64 engine?

Thanks

bell housings are different. g64 not = to g94 different blocks with different bolt patterns.

I'm telling you what you can't have. You can use a 4G63T from an Evo IV-VIII

17-18 psi on a stock 4g64 bottom end? i dont think so, 10 psi max. that is the "accepted" max on the bottom end, although i have seen 12psi on a GREAT tune but i think that is pushing it. i personally thrashed my bottom end on 10 psi, bent three rods. just my experience.

well to be honest, mine was a 2g but i don't believe, from my experience with 3gs that mistu made the 3g version that much stronger. if you plan to build it though it really doesn't matter.

to me, there is nothing like a boosted, built 4g64. for a street car there is nothing like the torque and the larger displacement can spool turbos so much faster.

There is no way I could fit my stock fans on the condensor side. My fans are way to deep for that, I think slim fans are it.
