the mishimotos are a little pricey, but i might just spend the extra money for the good performance, what are some other good brands for cooling accesories.

flexalite seem to do a pretty ok job for eclipse's maybe that would be a good namebrand option...

I drive it everyday , so far I Have driven 48,000 miles on the swap and it's still running strong... I have since aquired a few other projects which are taking up all my time , should be soon that we will take it to the track to find out what she is capable of...

okay so i ordered one fan to go the cheap way, i was going to install it today and noticed that my fans are one piece. so i guess i have to order another slim fan:-/. one mishimoto and one cheap brand should do the job ?

Really !? so no need to order the mishimoto? darkmitsu had overheating problems running two slim fans. Do you have an aftermarket radiator ?

Completely stock cooling system other than the one slim fan. I got it for $25 from ebay and it pushes 1550 cfm. I ran my car realllllly hard the other day keeping it in above 90 for probably 15 mins, (thats through corners too) I was logging the whole way I wanted to see my knock counts with the hard fast shifts I was doing going through the corners. I figured if it looked good pushing it that hard then dd with spirited driving and some wot at times would be just fine. Not even a hint of above norm operating temp
