Yes, the wheels on the grey model are the forged wheels with Pilot Sport Cup tires (R-compounds)

The wheels on the blue model are the base wheels with Pilot Super Sport tires (Street compound)

For $2K the forged wheels w/sport cups is a tempting option. Though I suspect most people would want to run larger than a 235/35-19 tire on the track.

I wonder if an 18" wheel is going to fit over the front calipers.

We went over this already in this thread pages and pages back.

Yes, the PSC2/Forged wheel option is a fantastic deal. 235/35/19 PSC2's alone are $1,600 if you buy them from Tirerack.

If the front brembos are anything like the brembos on the track package Mustang, then yes 18's will fit.

18's will fit. There is a snow tire package that comes with 18's.

Ah, I would say put the $2K towards a set of used Volks and some 265/35-18 RE71R tires instead

A dealer option that is a deal? I think that's the first I've heard of such a thing LOL.
