based on the rated power, I'm really surprised the Golf R pulled on the FoRS... but I don't buy the guy's manual transmission excuse, they should have put someone in there that can pull of quick shifts... I know shifting fast is different on awd cars, especially the 1-2 shift, but I never had an issue being quick enough about it to not lose a car length on the shift. and on top of that, its a press car, he should have no reservations slamming it into second...

Ford is already running the World RX. I don't think the Focus is a good idea. Mainly because the size of it. The Fiesta is a much more appropriate car for that. Hence why they already made a change in Rally from Focus to the Fiesta.
We will see , but doesn't seems to me a good idea. More like a dead end. Maybe for make a hype for a season if... a season.

thats kinda what I thought... first thing I saw was 0-60 in 2 sec, where as the rest of the rallycross field does it in 1.8, so every start they're instantly at a disadvantage...
What kind of power and gearing do these things have?
