Dude putting the whip to the RS - driving the crap out of it. And a little pop and burble and three-wheel track action:

I guess the production intercooler is just too efficient even for rallycross use...

Well I think the odds of this car being a better seller in the U.S. just got better with the announcement of the Civic "hatchback" that will be here in the US which looks like a damn underpowered wagon...

Ford is already running the World RX. I don't think the Focus is a good idea. Mainly because the size of it. The Fiesta is a much more appropriate car for that. Hence why they already made a change in Rally from Focus to the Fiesta.

We will see , but doesn't seems to me a good idea. More like a dead end. Maybe for make a hype for a season if... a season.

thats kinda what I thought... first thing I saw was 0-60 in 2 sec, where as the rest of the rallycross field does it in 1.8, so every start they're instantly at a disadvantage...

Why they just dont only remove the Truck plastic plate, and having a bigger opening/removing some obstacles in the front of the stock IC?

what the chance of that, with a "too efficient" stock IC?

I never heard such a bogus claim before. Not a good story from ford, kind of shame though.
