Tow Rigs, What do you have/use?
Well after 5.5 years, 43k miles, and an "unable to replicate" diagnosis every other time I took it for service the problem was the CDF drum bushing. The truck finally shifts properly and I'm excited to have it back. The wife got a '25 AMG GLC 43 so no driving the F150 for her.
The transmission repair lasted a month before the original, plus new, symptoms appeared. I've been on the emergency list for over 3 weeks now to get a loaner at the dealership that "fixed" it the first time. Yesterday they informed me they're swamped and I'm in position 50 on the emergency list. Just about everyone on the list is for transmission problems and it's "going to be a while". Since it supposedly already has the updated CDF parts, what parts should I be watching for them to replace this time (if I ever get it in there)?
Theres always possibilities of other issues like a leaking o-ring or seal internally, but those are the main two I see talked about.
